Ten questions, answered straight

Frequently asked

If the answer you need is not here, email us and a person will reply.

How do I know the draw is fair?

Every entry list is published before the draw runs, and the draw itself is streamed live and kept on the results page afterwards. The winning ticket number is published with the winner. You can check your number against the list before anything happens.

Can I enter for free?

Yes, on every competition we run. The free postal entry route takes a plain sheet of paper with your details and your answer to the skill question. It gets a ticket number the same way a paid ticket does and appears on the same published list, with exactly the same chance of winning.

What happens if a competition does not sell out?

Every competition has a minimum ticket threshold set before it opens. If the draw reaches it, the draw runs on the published date whether the rest sold or not. If it does not reach it, every ticket is refunded in full. We never extend a closing date to get there.

When do I get my prize?

Cash is paid by bank transfer within three working days of the draw. Vehicles are delivered on a transporter, usually inside two weeks, with 12 months road tax. Everything else is shipped insured and signed for.

Why is there a question on every entry?

The skill question is what the entry is judged on. Answer it correctly and your ticket number goes into the draw. Answer it wrongly and we refund you rather than keep your money.

Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?

Yes. Every competition has a per person cap, shown on the ticket slider before you buy. It is there so one person cannot take a draw, and it is set before the competition opens.

How are instant wins decided?

Instant win prizes are attached to specific ticket numbers before the competition opens. When your number is allocated you find out straight away whether it carried one. The main draw still runs on its published date.

Can I get a refund?

If a draw does not meet its minimum threshold, yes, automatically and in full. Otherwise entries are final once the skill question is answered and payment is taken, which is standard for prize competitions. A wrong answer is always refunded.

Who can enter?

Anyone 18 or over who lives in the UK. We verify age at registration. We cannot accept entries from outside the UK.

I want to stop. What are my options?

You can set your own spending limit in your account at any time, and it takes effect immediately. You can also self exclude, which closes entry for a minimum of six months and cannot be reversed inside that period.
