What to write on it

1. Your full name, address, email, date of birth and daytime phone number, on one sheet of unenclosed paper.
2. The competition you are entering, and your answer to its skill question.
3. One entry per envelope. Several entries in one envelope count as one.
4. It must arrive before the published closing time. Later entries are not entered.
5. You get a ticket number the same way a paid ticket does, on the same published list.
